Then, move your left hand to the narrow tube and rotate the right cap towards you to add extra tension, continuing until the rod is secure.

Please note that the friction of the wall and the extension of the rod will affect the user experience. Generally, the greater the wall friction and the shorter the rod extension, the better the result. Wooden doors, for instance, have higher friction than ceramic tiles, making them easier to fix the rods in place.
